Grace Carlic, SYRACUSE – Danielle Ponder

As part of the Harriet Tubman Weekend, Danielle Ponder will bring her style of toe-tapping soul to Auburn. Ponder is a powerhouse vocalist whose passion goes far beyond the scope of music – she is a defense attorney, has worked tirelessly on issues such as education funding and criminal justice reform, and teaches Legal Rights of the Disadvantage in the Department of African American studies at The State University of New York College at Brockport.
