On Friday evening, the Cayuga Community Fund hosted a communitywide event at Auburn Public Theater to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
Michael O’Gorman, the outgoing chair of the Cayuga Community Fund, said the fund started in 2008 with a “challenge grant” from the Stardust Foundation. Since then, the fund has partnered with the Central New York Community Foundation to support nonprofits that serve residents in Cayuga County.
