Kristan completed a Bachelors of Music Education in choral/general music as a piano major at SUNY Fredonia in 2003 and then completed a Masters of Music Performance in Choral Conducting at George Mason University in 2005.  As a teacher, she has taught all grade levels of music both as a public school teacher as well as a private piano/voice/guitar teacher in Miami, FL, Fairfax, VA and Syracuse/Auburn, NY.  Kristan is currently the general music teacher and choral director for Genesee Elementary School in Auburn. Outside of the classroom, Kristan has been the musical director for multiple musical productions for school and community productions as well as summer camps.

G-Quan Booker has been teaching hip hop for the last 8 years in Upstate New York and Colorado. He specializes in Popping, Breaking, Tutting, Isolation, Waving, and Choreography. He has taught at several dance schools in Ithaca such as IAD (Ithaca Academy of dance), New Roots Charter School, and CSMA. He is the founder of his dance group GCF (the Greatest Common Factor). He has taught English and dancing in Thailand for 6 months.

Jim Van Arsdale has enjoyed a career spanning over 25 years as a performer and educator. In 2001 his group, Spellbound, was voted Best Regional Band in a readers poll by the Citizen Newspaper. Jim has twice been nominated for a SAMMY award as the guitarist for Midnight Mood. He currently performs with the classic rock band Mixtape, along with writing and recording original music with his duo partner, Connie Patti. Jim is also the co-founder of the not-for-profit organization, Perform 4 Purpose.
