Cayuga Community College and Auburn Public Theater will welcome a pair of New York City comedians for a show at the downtown theater this weekend.
Performing will be Ashley Gavin and Sam Morrison. Gavin, who has been featured on Hulu, Fox and more, and performed at colleges and clubs across the country, also has a web series, “Gay Girl Straight Girl.” Her comedy includes social commentary and draws from her experiences as a gay woman and feminist.
Morrison likewise tours colleges and clubs nationally, and has appeared on the Travel Channel, SiriusXM and an upcoming PBS documentary about up-and-coming stand-up comedians. Morrison’s credits also include a first-place finish at the Make Me Laugh comedy competition and being named a comic to watch in 2018 by Mogul Magazine.
