Taking the stage is 17-year old singing sensation Mike Ranalli and local favorite bluegrass band "The Easy Ramblers"
This four piece group will dazzle your emotions with very authentic sounding music. They are the winners of last years Syracuse Area Music Awards (SAMMY'S). Finally to take the stage will be Maka Rouge. Performing the latest self titled release "Maka Rouge", this band is ready to share in the feeling of the music. Currently getting radio play worldwide, the band will perform the album from start to finish. This very eclectic blend of music will leave you toe tapping, soul-felt and spirit-lifted. We all look forward to sharing in this very special evening at the Auburn Public Theater.
Maka Rouge, currently residing in Central, NY, is an eclectic singer/songwriter, musician and
performer with a country rockin' blues style. After spending a decade in the Los Angeles area,
her exposure to different genres of music was prevalent.
Maka, a trained skater, broke her elbow in the year 2000 in a skateboarding accident. She was
then told she would be disabled. Driven to rehabilitate her arm, she began playing guitar. Self
taught, she began writing music.
Maka Rouge has her original songs rotating on mainstream radio worldwide, and has performed
across the United States, as well as New Zealand. In addition, she has scored short films for
students entering the American Film Institute.
Maka Ties together her melodic voice, with a velvety edge to the heart of her music, giving you a
