Act Up I (Grades K-2): September 16th – November 18th, with a performance on Nov. 25th. Cost is $112.50.

A creative storytelling experience that introduces students in Kindergarten – 2nd grade to the art of acting. This class will culminate in a theatrical performance on November 25th.

Act Up II (Grades 3-6):September 16th – November 18th, with a performance on Nov. 25th. Cost is $125.

Will learn about the process of creating theatre through writing and performing their own plays. this class will culminate in a performance on Nov. 25th, when students will perform the work they’ve created in class.

Threat x3 (Grades 3-6): September 14th – November 16th, with a performance on Nov. 25th. Cost is $150.

The perfect class for students in grades 3-6 who are looking to hone their acting, singing and dancing skills. Class will culminate in a performance which will highlight the skills acquired in class.

Shakespearean Star Wars (Grades 7-12): September 14th – January 25th, no class December 7th, with performances on Jan. 26th & 27th. Cost is $250.

In this workshop, students in grades 7-12 will develop proficiency performing in Shakespearean English while acting out the much loved tale of the original Star Wars film, using a text created by Ian Doescher, Verily, A New Hope. This class will culminate in a performance on Jan. 26th and 27th.

Heather McNeil

Heather McNeil received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College and an MFA in Dance from Sarah Lawrence College. She was the Theatre Dept. Chair at the Connecticut Conservatory for the Performing Arts, where she also taught acting and dance. Most recently, she worked at the Red House Center for the Arts in Syracuse, overseeing the implementation of Arts curriculum at Dr. King Elementary School, as well as serving as the Camps and Outreach Coordinator. She is active in local theatre as a performer, director and choreographer.
