Finger Lakes Community Arts Grants (FLCAG) is one of 28 decentralization sites designated by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) to administer state grant money for the arts. FLCAG serves Cayuga, Seneca, Wayne, Yates, and Ontario counties. DEC money is granted to artists and nonprofits for arts programming and projects on a yearly funding cycle.
